For snowshoe hikers, this year will once again be an exciting one by Dachstein Krippenstein: The popular viewing platforms Welterbespirale, 5fingers and Dachstein-Shark and the viewpoint Dachsteinblick, which offer incredible views of the Dachstein glacier, Hallstatt and into Inner Salzkammergut are open in winter and beckon to go on leisurely hikes amidst the enchanting winter scenery on the groomed and signposted snowshoe trails.

Early Birds can enjoy the day on Dachstein Krippenstein while skiing, skitouring, freeriding or snowshoeing even longer, because the first cable car takes you up to the summit at 8.30 am - operating times ⇒
