All prices quoted are in Euro incl. 10 % VAT. Prices subject to change due to any VAT-increase.

Year of birth stipulations: 

  • Mini (child) born 2019 and after receive a free pass when accompanied by a parent (family proof required)

  • Child: D.O.B. 2009 to 2018

  • Youth: D.O.B. 2006, 2007, 2008

  • Senior: Born 1964 and before (photo identification required).

Family ski passes: A family ticket is provided when tickets have been purchased by a family. When a ski pass is purchased for the two eldest children and for at least one adult, the third and any additional children receive a free ski pass for the same period. 

Family proof (ID): Please demonstrate family status: with a family pass (Austria) or proof of receipt of child benefit (Germany) or certificate of registration/family confirmation. We apologise that no price reductions or free passes for children can be assured without provision of identification. 

Photo ID: For ski passes of 5-days and more digital photos are taken at the cash desk, free of charge. 

Prices: A mixed price is charged during times when seasons overlap. Information about additional ski pass offers is available at the lift cashdesks. 

Payment types: We accept cash in Euro, Maestro, debit Card, Visa and Mastercard. 

Keycards: All ski passes are issued on Keycards (these are re-usable, non-contact data carriers). Keep your keycard in the left jacket or trouser pocket. Deposit: Euro 2,-. Undamaged keycards can be returned to any cash desk. Other data carriers are not accepted. 

Legal matters: Individual services which these ski tickets entitle you to avail of are provided by independent companies. The contractor who purchases the ticket, only acts as a representative for the other contractor. Only the respective contractor is obliged to fulfil individual services and to provide damages for incidents where applicable.

Regulation for misuse: Any misuse of ski tickets, including use by a third party, will be punished and as a result the ski pass will be withdrawn and the party concerned excluded from carriage. There will also be a fine of at least Euro 70.- and payment to the amount of the full day ticket will have to be paid. Any attempt to transfer a ski pass to another guest is regarded as misuse. Subject to criminal charges!

Warnings on the piste

Avalanche risk: The avalanche information board warns of general and local permanent or acute avalanche risks in the open terrain.

Piste machines: Piste machines are used. Please be aware of the last maintenance journey made by the piste service.

Skiing away from the pistes: Using forested areas, areas with recently planted trees and clear-felled areas outside the marked ski run areas is strictly prohibited due to reforestation measures! People who breach this rule will be prosecuted as per the forestry law.

Ski bus connection: Please note the last ski bus connection. Timetables are available free of charge at the valley station for the lift facility.

Conditions of carriage

Ski pass reimbursement if you have a skiing accident: Reimbursement following a skiing accident is only provided if the ski pass has been deposited at our cash desk. Period of use includes the days from the issuance of the ski pass, through to the deposit date. Bring a medical certificate with you to receive a cash payment. Family members who leave early to accompany an injured person will not be provided with any cash reimbursement. No reimbursement is provided if you become ill, even if a medical certificate is submitted. 

Ski passes are non-transferable: Lost or misplaced ski passes cannot be replaced. Bad weather, unexpected departure, interruptions to operations or suspension of skiing do not represent a claim for reimbursement, or an extension. Subsequent exchange for another ski pass, transfer to other people, extension or postponing the validity date is not possible. 

Inspections: Travel passes are regularly inspected at the turnstiles. Upon misuse, without exception, the ski pass will be withdrawn and a charge levied. 

Conditions of carriage: Please be aware of the conditions of carriage of the individual lift facilities (see notices at the cash desk and at the lift facilities). 

Piste accidents: A contribution to the costs of rescue is to be made if you have to be rescued following an accident on the piste.
