An insight into the exciting day-to-day work of our cable car team on the Dachstein Krippenstein.
1. care and maintenance of the cable car facilities: Our cable car employees are responsible for the regular inspection, maintenance and servicing of the cable cars. They ensure that the lifts operate safely and reliably. This also includes maintaining the roller battery on the cable car gondolas at lofty heights.
2. ensuring smooth operation: Our employees monitor the cable car operation from the morning start-up to dusk. They ensure that all safety precautions are observed and are in constant contact with the control centre.
3. customer service and guest care: Cable car employees are often the first point of contact for our guests. They help with questions, provide information about the surrounding area and ensure a friendly and pleasant mountain experience.
4. emergency management: In the event of disruptions or emergencies, our employees are trained to act quickly and efficiently. They initiate evacuation measures and ensure the safety of passengers.
