During the summer season, parking in Obertraun is subject to a fee; however, in winter, you can park for free at the Dachstein Krippenstein cable cars.
Tip: Take advantage of the free ski bus, which brings you directly to your winter adventure.

Naturally 365 Ticket & Dachstein Salzkammergut Ticket
Exclusively for you, the Naturally 365 Ticket and the Dachstein Salzkammergut Ticket at the valley station of the Dachstein Krippenstein cable car offer you a parking fee exemption.
How does it work?The parking area at Dachstein Krippenstein allows barrier-free access by means of number plate recognition.
You go with your Naturally 365 Ticket (year-round ticket) or the Dachstein Salzkammergut Ticket (season ticket) to the cash desk and announce your licence plate number.
One licence plate number can be registered per season ticket/adult.
Naturally 365 Ticket: The validity is equal to the validity period of the Naturally 365 Ticket.
Dachstein Salzkammergut Ticket: Parking fee exemption for the duration of the current summer season.

Ticketless parking with licence plate recognition
The parking area of the Bergbahnen Dachstein Krippenstein allows barrier-free access by means of number plate recognition. Payment for the parking can be made before or after leaving the car park.
This is how it works:

Drive in: The licence plate number is read when you enter. You will not receive a parking ticket.

Parking: Park your vehicle and enjoy your stay.

Pay: At the pay machine, online via Arivo-App or via App EasyPark
- •
Buses: Please pay at the pay machine.
- •
Exit: Exit within 60 minutes after payment. This ends your parking process.

Payment is cashless and can be made before or after leaving the parking or with the App.
Pay before leaving the parking: Before leaving the parking, you can pay for your parking either
> online via Scan & Pay with the Arivo-App or
> at the pay machine.Paying after leaving: If you have left the pay and display parking without paying, you can pay the parking fee online afterwards. The parking fee can be paid easily and conveniently online up to 48 hours after parking.
